Yes, I loved Dane too. Until he told me to take my Ambien (a very strong sleep aid) then woke me up a couple hours later and let me drive home. I was so spaced out I got into a car accident that I barely remember and thrashed my car. Thank God no one was hurt. He also told me that back when he started the job, they used to hand out Ambien like candy. They stopped the practice when they found out people were getting in too many accidents. Gettin a lawyer on this one.

Sleep Technician Dane was fantastic during my sleep study. Daytime office staff, however, is horrible. Every call goes to Voicemail and Zero calls returned. I had to complain to my Primary Doctor and had them call directly to get a reply to my time-sensitive question. Staff gave me excuses and attitude about how "she's the only one there" and is clearly overwhelmed. Epic Failure in Customer Service.

I had such a great experience with Dane during my sleep study. He made me feel comfortable from the start, explaining everything clearly and putting me at ease. He was attentive and calm throughout the process, which made a big difference. You can tell he really cares, and that made the whole experience so much better. I’m really grateful to have had him as my tech—Dane is awesome!

I was nervous coming in to do my sleep study. Dane Grayman was my technologist. He was amazing. I appreciate how he took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I would recommend coming here to anyone who has sleep apnea. It was a wonderful experience.
