Be sure to check with your insurance before handing over your debit card. I had a sleep study here this summer, and upon my arrival I was told my copay was $800. However, once my insurance had processed the claim, they said my copay was only $50. Which is quite a large discrepancy. I called Pro Sleep Care three times to inquire about his, and each time I was told the person who handles that was "in a meeting." For something I was dreading to do, Dane, the gentleman who was attending to us, made the experience very pleasant. He was kind, patient, and when my oxygen thing came off my finger, he was on it making sure it was back on and secure. I can't say enough about him. He's a good guy and you're lucky to have him. WE were lucky to have him. My only complaint is that my room was freezing, but then DANE made sure I was warm and cozy, even tucking me in burrito style like I do at home. Thank you Dane !

Massively disorganized. Waited over 30 minutes on the phone, then spent 20 minutes doing intake only to be told I had to stay overnight with my father (who lives independently) all because he has a degenerative neurocognitive diagnosis. Ageist and ableist facility with discriminatory policies. Don't waste your time.

Had an “in home” sleep study last night. Arrived at their office at 8:00 PM to pick up the equipment and receive instructions from Dane. He was great! He took my insurance information and gave me detailed instructions for hooking up the small monitor to my chest. Slept well in my own bed! Easy peasy!
