Unfortunately, Justin said he'd give me a quote in a couple weeks. Two weeks later, he said he'd provide it in one more week. He's been ghosting me ever since though I've called him and texted a couple times. I don't understand why contractors can't just say "no, thanks," instead of making promises that they can't keep and won't deliver on? Ghosting people who need your help is unprofessional and just plain rude.

I used Pro Shotcrete for a new play shelf and entry as part of my pool remodel. Their work seems okay. However, they are unprofessional. Pro Shotcrete left concrete piles and washout in my yard and lawn. Not just a little bit but hundreds of pounds. They left the job site before I discovered the problem. After contacting Pro Shotcrete and requesting they come back to clean up after themselves, they refused. They said someone else can clean it up. In the end someone else did clean up their mess.
