Tried pizza from here. We order sausage, cheese, onion, green pepper. I was asked what type of onion I wanted. Said didnt know there was different onion. I was told carmelized, fried, and some other variations. I told them raw onion because you throw it om the pizza and then bake it so everything is baked on the pizza. Trying to bougie pizza joint in a blue collar neighnorhood....
Love! Their sourdough pizza was incredible, and the tallow-fried chicken wings were some of the best I’ve had. The potato salad was amazing too. I really appreciate that everything is SEED OIL FREE, made with organic ingredients, even their drinks are made clean! You can taste the difference in everything. So refreshing to find a bar vibe with high quality food—highly recommend!
Fantastic REAL food. No seed oils, cooked safe, real sourdough. Epic. Bar food, too! I was visiting from out of town and made multiple stops here. Awesome place.
Wings were great - loved the house made blue cheese dressing. Pizzas were delicious. Unnecessary roughness is something special. I REALLY appreciate the thoughtful sourcing of ingredients and cooking oils/fats. You can def taste the quality. Will be back every time I visit Chicago. Thank god this place opened.
Been coming here since last fall and the pizza remains consistently delicious! Perfect thin crust, and fresh ingredients. I’ve also tried their wings and sloppy Joe sliders (highly recommend). Service is relatively fast, pretty chill ambient, with lots of tv’s with games on for sports fanatics.
