I went in to buy new ski boots today. Nick patiently had me try 6 different pairs until we found the perfect fit. Then he fit them to my skis and added a fresh coat of wax. Customer service to the max, much appreciated!

My Husband and I bought a used boat at The Pro Shop over the weekend. We mostly dealt with Nick and he bent over backwards to make this deal happen. The boat we purchased was on consignment and had a few issues that they were working on prior to us purchasing the boat. They worked most of the day on it on a Saturday and even took it us out on the water to test it before we took it. Nick told us if we have any problems, to give them a call and they will help us out.
