If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped my van off at 1:45 and I was told my car was next and it would be done around 3. I got back at 4:15 and they are washing a truck that came after mine! And my van is UNTOUCHED! I asked what happened then they acted like they didn’t know English. Tfoh
