Clean facility, solid service.
The service is not it! I used to come here before they changed it to “The Wash Shop” never had issues before I really liked coming here cause I do drive a truck but they would take the extra step and provide a ladder to get up and dry all windows and actually provide the service you pay for. Now it’s the same machine and they are trying to offer the same service, they only prewash and spray my hood nothing else then they don’t dry your windows or even fully spray and wipe your tires. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!! ESPECIALLY THE BALD MAN THAT' HELPED ME WAS VERY RUDE NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS PLACE.
