Terrible first time visit. This will be my last too. I paid for the professional package and got such poor service! My windows are streaked, mud remains in my fender wells after the wash, the tires were never cleaned nor shined, and the lady never wiped down the wheels. Just spraying them is not enough - as it left brake dust streaks. I've never been to a car wash where the car was ready in 10 minutes.
