DO NOT use this company. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. First my 25 minute time frame turned into 2 1/2 hours. Then damaged my vehicle during the tow. They wouldn't return my phone calls until my insurance company called them and they scheduled an appointment with me but then of course Eric got called out so I have been trying to reschedule for him to look at the car and he won't even return my calls. The most unprofessional company around. Steer clear of this company!!!!!
Well, I won't be using All Pro Towing & Recovery, LLC services again. I locked my keys in my Jeep, yet again. Called them because I thought they were closer to me than Campbell's, who I normally use, yes, I said normally, lol. The lady told me he would be there in about 15 minutes. An hour later, still no show. I call to check up on it and she told the driver a different trailer park. So an hour and a half later, they finally show up. Made me late for work. So pissed. I will just stick with Campbells from now on.
