Marvin has been great to work with. I think he’s more focused on keeping customers than he is making a quick buck. Twice now he gave me great advice over the phone and saved me a service call. I’m a customer for life.

I can't say enough about Marvin and the service I have received from his company over the years. Before I was even a customer, he spent time with me on the phone to help me make the right decision about the type of replacement water heater I needed. Then a seamless, smooth installation. 4 years later, when it stopped heating, he got on the phone again to help troubleshoot, and guided me to fix an out-of-alignment breaker in the electrical box. Glad we have people, and companies, we can trust.

Marvin padded my invoice when I wouldn't pay for a toilet that I did not request nor need. He "suspected" that I might need a new loo based on our initial chat (and the model that I told him I had). He didn't say he was going to buy a new toilet before my appointment and assess the situation. The flush tower gasket had hard water build-up. The tech was at my house for 5 minutes to rinse the tower gasket, ($464.79) and was out. I was charged for 1.75 hours. I called with a shower squealing issue. He was very friendly and helpful. He convinced me what the problem was and how to fix it myself. He didn’t have to be so helpful but thank god he was. He saved me hundreds of dollars. He could have easily come out and fixed the problem and charged me but instead coached me through the fixit job. My new go to plumber. Honesty is the best policy. You can’t go wrong. Thank you so much.
