They are the best!! I have called them out twice about an under-sink water filter. The first time I had ordered an under-sink water filter and wanted them to install it. I didn’t realize until he came out that they were going to have to make a hole in the counter-top to install it. I chose to send it back, instead, and get another one that didn’t require that.
