I have never met Mr. **** and have no relationship with him. His review does recount some recent events, but I would like to add my perspective. I have been sawing concrete since 1976. At one point in the 1980's, I was the only sawing contractor with a Q clearance with the DOE-a higher clearance than Top secret. Now days, we saw inside slab with electric saws, core some holes for mechanical lines. Our main focus, however, is sawing egress window enlargements.
