I can’t say enough good things about Pro Rooter and Septic Visalia, CA. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, friendly and truly exceptional. The pipe to my house burst and flooded the backyard. No other plumbers I called said they could make it out for another couple days, but Pro Rooter made it to our house in an hour and had the pipe fixed an hour later. Then when the pipes inside the house got inevitably clogged with sediment, they took the time to walk us through the ways to clear them at no extra charge. Quick, efficient service at a reasonable price!

Never will use them again! One of my tenants called them on a Sunday to fix a plugged drain. James proceeded to run a snake down the drain to fix the problem but instead created a larger problem by putting a hole in the 2" pipe!! Charged $225 to bust our pipe and said it would cost between $400 and $600 to cut into the wall and repair the busted pipe. I called our regular plumber who came out the next day and had to cut into the drywall, repair the pipe that he broke and fix the clogged drain. He only charged $285 for everyt... read more
