Kevin is the most helpful! Made the entire process very easy to understand. Would definitely recommend if someone is in need of a new roof!!
They do terrible work and don’t stand behind their work, as you can see from the response it’s never their fault and you’ll be stuck fixing it with a different company. They budget the job to pocket more… To fix the poorly installed gutters cost over $8200, to undo the additional vents you added and to fix the sloppy flashing was an additional $4300 and my quote was to replace and we definitely paid,(just wasn’t expecting to pay twice). just another example of how poor this company treats its customers. The Pro Roofing representative, DJ, was awesome. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and sensitive to the needs of my roof replacement. I highly recommend this company, and specifically DJ as the representative if possible. You can’t go wrong with his guidance through the process from the beginning and throughout.
