Karl was the technician that came over, he was professional and knowledgeable. He did a gas line seal over the wall in the fireplace and a chimney flue stopper installed. He did a great job and fast as well, as a courtesy he did a full inspection on the chimney. Josh made my appointment over the phone, the day prior the appointment he confirmed it and after the dryer vent service he called me back to make sure everything was done by the company standards. Great company and I recommend it!!!
