Tom ****has presented false information to the consumer through his website blog. He falsely claims that Pioneer Softwash company is wrongly using bleach and or other chemicals when cleaning roofs and exterior surfaces. I am having same issues as Susan Speller described. Mold an Algae has come back. He originally did the job while it was raining and at times pouring so not sure how the algae blocker was suppose to be able to work under those circumstances. Scare Tactics and threatens This guy is unscrupulous and uses scare tactics to gain business over competitors if you don't hire him and pay more than twice the price. He outright threatened to report our address to the EPA and OSHA as a "potential" violation site that could hire a contractor that uses bleach (aka sodium hypochorite) to clean roofs.
