These guys did an amazing job from the first visit and consultation to the very end of the job. They worked to provide a thorough estimate and worked directly with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. *************************** was super responsive to all questions and concerns and followed through on any issues. My job included Roof, Gutters, Vinyl Siding, Aluminum Trim, Facia, Soffits and a new garage door. My roofing contract was signed on July 7, 2022. I cancelled my contract on October 21,2022 because no work had been started on my roof. Pro-Resto sent my deposit to me after deducting 15% from the contract price. Instead of paying me $ 3,714.00. They paid me $ 1441.00. NO WORK DONE IN OVER THREE MONTHS SO I CANCELLED THE CONTRACT AND GET BILLED FOR 15%. I saw Pro-Resto estimator twice in four months. They are storm chasers.
