Pro rentals was awesome. I got the wrong equipment for the job and they were so easy to work with to swap our for what I really needed. They went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. Great, knowledgeable staff who were also very friendly. I will definitely do my rentals through them in the future. I'm giving them 5 stars because I can't give them 6.
The staff at Pro Rentals in Ontario Oregon were and have been utterly amazing and customer care centric. They have gone out if their way to be helpful, timely, safe, and courteous. Additionally they are extremely supportive if the military. Myself and wife both being career Army, were offered a courteous discount because if that.
