Very disappointed with their service. They charged my account without permission and never provided a quote or receipt. Technicians were at my store for less than 3 hours total, yet billed me $1,500. Based on CCTV, they left multiple times during the job and still didn’t fix the issue. I am also challenging you to sent me the screenshot that you sent me the receipt or you called to discuss the charges after work. Extremely unprofessional and poor communication — would not recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience — unprofessional and dishonest billing. I scheduled a commercial AC repair with this company, and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. The first technician came a day early just to “inspect” the area. He parked far away from my store, took 20 minutes just to bring a ladder, then spent another 30 minutes on the phone instead of working.
