chris shell is a great landlord – The former tenant of mine ykant1 is a liar. I evicted her for non payment of rent and damages to her apartment. She promised me her drug addict daughter would not be living with her and then let her move in. When I finally got her out she owed me more than $900 and really trashed the place. Do not rent from Pro Real Estate – Chris Shell is a terrible landlord. A few years ago I rented 1/2 of a duplex on Kankakee Rd in Wilmington. When I moved in many of the windows were cracked (from top to bottom) and broken. He said he would replace the windows that were broken. He never did! Then when I tried to open a window once it fell apart and a huge piece of glass fell on me and cut my leg through my jeans. He yelled at me for the broken window! (BTW the windows didn't lock either, so you better not have any valuables)... read more
