Great service and products since we built the house in 2012 ProRain has never let us down
I would give 0 stars if it let me. I believe this is a new owner, so customer beware, they have no intention of the service level they had with the previous owner! They came out and did the startup and didnt even check that the back flow was not working properly. I tried to call and of course they dont answer, you have to leave a request on the site. I put in a request and sent a picture. They schedule it for over a month after they were there. Last Friday my son drove 2 hours to be here for the appointment as I was on vacat... read more
