Apparently they went out of business. I ordered a trailer in January with a deposit and have got nothing but excuses as to why they have not fulfilled my order. Essentially, they stole my money.
Sept 2016 I bought a new 16' heavy duty pro pull utility trailer w gas shocks on heavy gate. First time I tried to open gate it was extremely hard to get handle up or down. Unfortunately I bought it, thought it would get better. Only got worse. One day trying to manually shift the gate over to left so handle would go down, when I lowered and pulled, the gate came completely off and I narrowly averted having land on my foot.
