After my mother bought the house in Byron Bay, found out the company was based in Newcastle. Some issues were missed. Would not recommend
Not happy with their property report which i have done for my purchased home. They sent just standard report and not included important information which I received from my professional builder//inspector after their inspections. Things missed - some outside brick wall cracks, they didn't mentioned about roof asbestos insolation, didn't mentioned about support brick cracks under the house, some drainage problem of the house, etc.
