Horrible experience, Elba is a slumlord and is scamming people. She is well aware that she cannot rent the properties on 5723 Gage Ave. in Bell Gardens because they need to be repaired and see his still advertising and taking money from people so please be aware! I was desperate at the time, I needed to relocate immediately and she took advantage of my situation. According to other tenants she took advantage when they were vulnerable too. 🚫⚠️scam⚠️🚫 don’t go to this place they will scam you‼️ They already choose who is the applicant that will get the home/apartment but they don’t say nothing so you can pay to apply and check your credit. They tell you that they will send your credit report to your e-mail so you can have a copy but they will never send it to you. They are not honest. Because they don’t tell you that home is already rented to someone else.

Worttttssssss property management ever..dont go here...i swear they just steal your money even though there is no new applicants and you pay and apply and have good credit for a property they won't give it to you until they get more money out of more families..
