I have been going to Pro Pro for over two years and they are the best. The salon is always clean and staff are always lovely. Depending on time of day you can usually walk in and they will take you right away. If it is a busy time, I would suggest making an appointment. Highly recommend!
They upcharge when it’s time to pay, and the nails don’t last, they started popping off in less than two weeks!
Only have gotten pedicures here but they do a great job and have good prices. I get a dry pedicure and they always accommodate. it’s $33 with their deal right now for a pedicure.
I hadn’t had a mani/pedi in a long time and I walked in Pro Pro one Friday evening and Eline (I hope I’m spelling correctly) gave me the best mani/pedi I have ever had! My gel manicure lasted over 2 weeks and I have a very physical job and I beat the heck out of my hands and nails and my pedicure 3 1/2 weeks later still looks like I just got it yesterday. I highly recommend this salon. They were professional, welcoming and did an amazing job!
I love this place and would otherwise consider it a 5 star but today really was a miss. I get the cat eye gel manicure and today’s manicure went horribly wrong. The nail technician did not know to put a black base layer and put two coats of the color before having to put the black base layer. Than the base layer wasn’t applied twice so the finished look is much lighter than what was on the sample and in my vision.
