Unfortunately I’ve had to use their repair services several times to repair my lawnmower. Fortunately they are professional, courteous, reasonably priced and don’t make me feel like an idiot for my issues with my machine. :-)

I have always got the help I need here. I won't bother going anywhere else . I bought my STIHL blower and weed eater from this company. And will buy a mower next.

The company does not follow first come, first serve. I purchased a brand new riding lawn mower on 5/18/14. The mower deck weld broke. I called P.P.E. and they said they could fix it in less than 1 week. After multiple calls after a week and no return phone calls ever, 2 1/2 weeks later the mower repair was done. I go to pick it up and the Service Manager, Henry, tells me that he never said 1 week. He said that he services mowers on a basis of who bought from him first. I Dropped my mower off and I was told it would be about a month before it was looked at since it was the peak of the mowing season that was ok. After 2 months I called to check and they said it hadn't even been looked at and they would get right on it. Then another month I called same thing. 4 months after dropping it off & paying people to mow my yard. I called to see what could possibly be taking so long. They said one more week.
