Brian was very professional and efficient. He had a recommendation to replace the eyeball on tba inlet and this will make it much easier to remove in tbe future. We're very happy with Pro Pool's service.

We’ve had a great experience with this pool company and highly recommend their services. They did an excellent job scheduling and clearly communicating each step of the process when they installed a new liner and converted our pool from chlorine to a saltwater filtration system. We had some wrinkles on the bottom of our inground pool. Propools came out and did fix the problem but when they left I noticed a wrinkle that was still there. Called the office same day to let them know. I know they were booked and probably couldn't get back to it right away. We emailed Kathy and she said she would get back to us about it. Couple weeks later we emailed back because we hadn't heard anything. Apparently they didn't remember but I had emails to confirm. They say its the best pool cover.But they send you a piece of crap. Black edging falling off and eyelets falling out. only had 3 days, even sent picture, won't return? Don't buy here. Talk to owner, he said. Talk to warranty, great guy, huh? Stands behind his product, ha ha. That's how they treat their customer. Again buy somewhere else.
