We had some wrinkles on the bottom of our inground pool. Propools came out and did fix the problem but when they left I noticed a wrinkle that was still there. Called the office same day to let them know. I know they were booked and probably couldn't get back to it right away. We emailed Kathy and she said she would get back to us about it. They say its the best pool cover.But they send you a piece of crap. Black edging falling off and eyelets falling out. only had 3 days, even sent picture, won't return? Don't buy here. Talk to owner, he said. Talk to warranty, great guy, huh? Stands behind his product, ha ha. That's how they treat their customer. Again buy somewhere else.

They have been servicing my above-ground pool for several years, and I have taken their advice. I have had the best pool seasons with their advice and instruction on how to operate it, mostly on my own with professional assistance. Call me at the last minute. Even when I make mistakes, I love them.

I had Pro Pools come and open my pool like I did last year. My bill was double what it was last year but I wasn’t given notice that because of new owners the price had changed drastically. I also asked to have my pool light bulb replaced. They came out without a new light bulb but took the light fixture out anyway and charged me $99 for literally nothing. I received a quote to replace the pool light and it was $2,000. I purchased an LED fixture from Amazon and replaced it myself and it cost me $50 and 30 minutes. I now have ... read more
