I am beyond frustrated with this experience. The job started off well. The owner was professional, friendly, and offered a fair price. Unfortunately, once he received most of the payment, everything changed. I specifically asked him to check the pump and filter before starting, and he didn't. He also insisted on being paid before the job was completed. After he installed the liner and left, I discovered significant wrinkles throughout the pool as it filled with water.
