Robert is very response. However he only spent about 5 minutes each time he came for cleaning. Did not scrub the pool walls, just vacuum and check the chemicals. I paid pool service for quality time spent on cleaning. I felt he just did bare minimum to get by. When there is some extra work, he sent me a bill worth 2 months of work, in fact he only spent 5 extra minutes for it. "I've had many services for cleaning my pool, and I haven't been as pleased with anyone as much as Robert with Pro Plus Pools. My pool was completely green from an algae bloom we had from the warm months of summer. I had multiple people come out to service before finding Pro Plus Pools, and no one could control our problem. Thank you Pro Plus Pool Service for getting my pool in swimming condition just in time for summer BBQ and family time!"
Our pool never looked fully clean, there'd be weeks he just didn't show and over priced for the quality of service, he did the absolute bare minimum. We found someone who does it for less and does an amazing and thorough job! Don't waste your money on this place

Had an Algae bloom issue and didn’t know what to do. Found Rob on Google and all of the reviews showed high praise. The man came in, was super professional, taught us a thing or two and gave some future recommendations. A+ all around and will be using again. Wayyy better than any of the big places we’ve tried.
