We had a very positive experience with Vito and his team - Matt and Tamales. We discovered a slow leak we could not find under our kitchen sink and needed someone before the weekend. Vito was extremely responsive with excellent communication- not something you can take for granted. The team quickly identified the problem and were able to resolve it same day. They were very pleasant to work with. We would definitely use them for future plumbing issues.

The technician was driving crazy down route 21. He cut me off then another car. Then he tailgated another car until they moved. He gave me and others the finger. It seems you have a real professional guy working for you. He seems to have a lot of class. I would not call your company after seeing what he did driving. No thank you

I had a clogged bathroom sink that I couldn’t fix, even though I’m pretty handy and usually handle household repairs myself. This one was particularly stubborn—I even rented a better snake from Home Depot, but no luck. That’s when I decided to call these guys, and I’m so glad I did! I used them once and they price gouged me. The insisted that my clogged toilet that needed to be snaked out , actually needed to be snaked and replaced the entire toilet because “the water flow was a little light”. The guy the sent started to test the water flow by ripping pieces of toilet paper and saying “look how slow it’s spinning , then they wanted to charge me $1,500.00 plus the toilet. We called for a snake out and the only snake is Pro-rip off plumber.
