Good, reliable one-stop go-to company for all your AC and furnace needs. I have used them in two houses for A/C repair, humidifier install, new furnace install, blower motor, you name it. Long-term guys who will take care of you.
When a problem occurs you really get to see what type of people you are working with. Unfortunately we saw that Aaron & Pro Platinum lack professionalism, respect for their customers & basic customer service. They installed our new unit and awhile later, while it was still under warranty for parts & labor, it quit working.
