Purchased phone case and wanted to return it as partner already purchased one for me , and would no let me return for refund. Same day of purchase and had receipt , paid cash. Was left on the phone -they ignored me for over 15 minutes, I rang back - no answer … I was polite but firm explaining I was just in there and hadn’t even touched the case I purchased. Warning NO RETURNS

I got my phone screen fixed today with Pro Phone Repair in Albany, within 1 hour of using my phone screen has become pixilated and discoloured. I paid $200 for this service. Really disappointed. Would not recommend!
