My experience excellent! The service is amazing and so much care taken ! Number 1!
The worst phone repair shop ever. Presumably they are using poor quality parts as the screen fell of my phone 4 months after having screen connection issues shortly after the initial repair. Owner pretending they don't speak English when having to deal with refunds. Rude amd unreliable. 0/10 do not recommend

Super rude and wrecked my face ID and refuse to take responsibility and fix it. Go anywhere but here
I got my samsung screen repaired here that cost $650, got my phone back and didn't check through it until i left albany and now my front camera is really blurry(and keep in mind I did check the camera when I cracked the screen and it was fine and there were no cracks even near it......definitely disappointing and won't be going back!!!!
