Unlike a previous quote that didn't involve attic inspection, this technician took the time to check there and found the bat entry points. He sealed the gaps effectively and it was all completed in just under two hours.
I expected the visit to take longer, but the technician identified the nests in under half an hour and used a treatment that seems to have worked effectively so far. He also explained how I could minimize attracting them in the future, which matched what I'd read online.
Thorough inspection, found hidden termite issue.
There were insects getting into the house through the back door and windows. I contacted the company and was able to get an appointment without much trouble. The technician inspected the exterior and showed me where he was seeing activity. He treated those areas and explained what to expect afterward. We've definitely noticed fewer bugs around the house.
