This gym is a hidden gem located on Stirling road in Davie. If you’re looking for a small gym because LA or Amped fitness is overcrowded (which it is). This is the place to go!! What makes this place amazing is the professional coach’s, intimate workout setting, smoothie bar, hyperice compression devices, and last but not least the Fit Body 3D. The team at ProPerformance are great! Very knowledgeable. I had past injuries from playing sports, and they modify my workouts to what I need. I highly recommend ProPerformance for anyone looking for a good workout!

Kern and Ben are amazing people. Best trainers with awesome energy. They are Knowledgeable, Professional and Fun. The gym is clean, great equipment and accommodating to all fitness levels. Try a session it will be the best gift you can give yourself.
