My company used Pro Paint Plus to refresh our offices, they did an exceptional job!! Very professional, highly recommended
I asked for a quote and set up a time for an appointment. They emailed me to confirm 1 day before the appointment. The day of, they messaged me 1 hr before and said they would be there. They never showed up.I wasted my Sunday morning for this. I guess this is automated system? But no apology were sent for the no-show. It’s a shame because I wanted to support a woman owned business but if you’re going to use technology to enhance the customer experience, make sure it works! Because customer service is everything these days.
The team was professional, fast, clean and did a fantastic job beyond my expectations. I would definitely hire Pro Paint again and I recommend them highly. I appreciated their smiles and good nature throughout. Thank you Wayne and team.
