Excellent service and competitive pricing. Found this company via Google, impressed by the reviews and gave them a call. They just completed a job painting the main floor of my home. 2 bedrooms, dining room, living room, entryway, stairwell to basement & other common spaces. I asked for a quote and set up a time for an appointment. They emailed me to confirm 1 day before the appointment. The day of, they messaged me 1 hr before and said they would be there. They never showed up.I wasted my Sunday morning for this. I guess this is automated system? But no apology were sent for the no-show. It’s a shame because I wanted to support a woman owned business but if you’re going to use technology to enhance the customer experience, make sure it works! Because customer service is everything these days.
The team was professional, fast, clean and did a fantastic job beyond my expectations. I would definitely hire Pro Paint again and I recommend them highly. I appreciated their smiles and good nature throughout. Thank you Wayne and team.
