After receiving an annoying amount of texts and emails reminding me of the booked appointment , they never showed up for the appointment for a quote. No replies to either text or email.
Excellent service and competitive pricing. Found this company via Google, impressed by the reviews and gave them a call. They just completed a job painting the main floor of my home. 2 bedrooms, dining room, living room, entryway, stairwell to basement & other common spaces. I asked for a quote and set up a time for an appointment. They emailed me to confirm 1 day before the appointment. The day of, they messaged me 1 hr before and said they would be there. They never showed up.I wasted my Sunday morning for this. I guess this is automated system? But no apology were sent for the no-show. It’s a shame because I wanted to support a woman owned business but if you’re going to use technology to enhance the customer experience, make sure it works! Because customer service is everything these days.
