Purchased a detached 4 plex from these guys in June of 24. There were a few issues upon signing the paperwork. They promised to get the work done within a set time. At this time it had been over 12 weeks past the contractual date set and agreed upon with nothing being accomplished, and now they are avoiding us. They stated to the agent they could not do the work in the rain, but the new place next door is having the exact work they are supposed to do done right in front of us. We purchased a property worth over a million from Pro-PAC. Per the purchase agreement they were to fix dirt issues by June 20, 2024. After weeks of trying to get them to finish the job they are now unresponsive to any attempted communications. Pro-pac does not uphold their contracts. If I could give negative stars I would. Shame on you pro-pac
