I paid them 50% down to have a vinyl fence installed back in June of 2023 & they never installed a fence for me. We spoke repeatedly & all I received were promises & excuses. They promised to reimburse me, but never did. They owe me over $1200. What a scam!
My fence started bowing shortly after it was built. I called but no response, it looks terrible.
Owner Josh Pelfrey has not been returning any calls and we have been waiting months. Do not recommend.
Have my money, but calls are now going to a dead number, website is down and I can't get an answer going on 2 weeks. Been waiting months for my fence. Stay away from these guys
Stay away from this company! I was promised a fence installed within 2 weeks, 2 months later still no fence. Excuse after excuse over emails as Josh doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t call back after he got half down payment. I would think that a business located in such a small town would pride themselves for excellence service but the owner actions just proved otherwise. I felt obligated to hire an attorney to resolve the situation.
