Pro Optix Vision Center Pompano Beach is utterly devoid of professional acumen, meaning they simply have zero customer service and zero capabilities. That's one point. Their lab work can not even be rated as it is nonexistent. Never follow up with a call as they have said they would. Aside from rude front desk receptionists, the "sales" people are simply just that. just now I put 1 start because there is no option for 0 stars! I called made an appointment for my daughter today, march 11 at 4pm, they sent me a text msg confirming the appointment. This is absolutely the very last time I will ever come to this place. When we first walked in the lady at the front desk jumped down my throat for barely having my mask down under my nose so I wasn’t totally suffocating, because it was almost 80 degrees inside. I politely complied and sat there totally suffocating for almost an hour.
