Wow- Tom is a real gem! He and his wife will treat you like you are important and give you excellent service. I bought a 26kw generator that he and his team installed. They were all super professional and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Had an issue with my generator. Tom came out and helped fix the problem as well as explained to me how to keep things going if we ran into another issue. Couldn't recommend more.
Very helpful and professional! Tom took care of the scheduled maintenance on our generator and help fix an issue with our GFCIs tripping that was caused by the wiring done by the installer. I highly recommend Pro One!
