I came in with a vision of sparkly, lavender nails. This is what I left with. Bloody, black, nowhere near what I asked for. Tomorrow is my mom's funeral and light purple was her favorite color, so I really wish they would have helped me make them special, or at least done a clean paint job and not tuned my fingers into hamburger meat. A different tech offered to touch them up but I was out of time....I paid $60 for this :(
I've been coming here for the past year and I've never had any issues with them but today was an awful experience. I showed a design I wanted and the guy acted confident he could achieve it. But as he was doing I noticed how bad it looked. The hearts didn't even look like hearts and then when he outlined them it looked like chicken scratch. And when I asked if someone else could do my design he told me "no we are too busy" and so then I requested he just take off the design and leave me with plain colored nails. I’ve been coming here since before COVID and have always loved the quality of their work. I even drive an hour to get here because my nails usually look amazing and last a long time. Unfortunately, over the past three months I’ve repeatedly had a nail tech who makes me question his level of training. I normally do walk-ins because of my busy schedule and the fact that I have to fit when I can around a three-hour break to drive to Salt Lake, but this has resulted in getting the same tech each time.
