In reference to Bianca’s review, I was present during the visit. Bianca made it clear from the start what she wanted. The technician did not speak English. They actually damaged her nails, and she was upset, but she certainly did not curse or yell. This is a lie from the business.
Update to the response: I did not come in with any attitude! I specifically asked for a soak off and your employee did not explain anything to me! I had to keep asking for the file to not be used and to have my nails buffed afterwards. At no point in time did I even raise my voice let alone cuss! You're making up a lie to make it seem as if you did anything right. The TRUTH is you provided an extremely low quality service with very poor communication. I wanted to remove my simple gel polish.
