I went to Pro Nail & Spa for a fill. The Price List advertises a Fill for $25. I was charged $53. When I inquired why my bill was $53. I was told I was charged for a "Double Fill"; didn't know there was such as thing. I asked why did you provided a service I did not ask for,.
