Don’t understand the word hospitality.. The tension was so thick when I walked in he was they were unable to greet me for the first 5 to 7. They went back-and-forth talking in their native tongue fussing at each other. Then when I had one request was no talking when you doing my pedicure cause I don’t wanna hear fussing. He said he was unable to service me.. That’s fine. I hope the State board comes. See you real soon.
BEWARE! Do not go here! There was no customers for a reason. The customer service started out shaky by the lady being annoyed I didn't want to get my nails done just a pedicure. I told her not this time. She asked again I declined and then she started speaking in Vietnamese aggressively. This is a very long story. I will say the employee intentionally messed up my pedicure, they refused to compensate me for my time and money I paid. Then became very disrespectful. My sister brought me here, just landed from out of town. She called ahead for a party of 4 people, only getting pedicures done. They said, to come in, they were able to do it. We got there along with one other person. We ended up being here over 3 hours. My son and I fell asleep in pedi chairs waiting. Water got very cold. They only 2 people working. The manager and/or owner started doing another’s persons nails before out party was complete. Everything was slow but rushed if that makes sense. Corrections needed to be made. ... read more
