My sister brought me here, just landed from out of town. She called ahead for a party of 4 people, only getting pedicures done. They said, to come in, they were able to do it. We got there along with one other person. We ended up being here over 3 hours. My son and I fell asleep in pedi chairs waiting. Water got very cold. They only 2 people working. Horrible service. Owner Chris did not even introduce himself, I found his name from other bad reviews. He was super quick which is okay, but missed so many steps. Didn’t dust off particles from my hand when sanding down, stranded my own skin trying to file the nails. I told him he needs to chill on my skin, and he said beauty is pain. He didn’t cut my cuticles, didn’t oil them up or massage my hand like any other spot I went to. A waste of my hard earned money. Wanted to feel like a girl again, now my fingers hurt

I picked medium length stilettos acrylic nails, although I arrived an hour before closing, my finger was sanded down, no cuticle oil applied, didn’t care for the overall look. Didn’t introduce himself $80 down the drain for short nails looks like crap. Pretty disappointed for someone who’s been in the industry for 30 years. The guy also called me “not very smart” because I wasn’t instructed to put my hands under the UV light.
