This was my first time at pro nails. The service was excellent 100%. Ben who was my nail tech had done a fabulous job. He is very professional friendly welcoming. I finally found a nail salon that is reasonable clean friendly and professional I will be back soon.
Been here twice now. I absolutely love how happy staff is here. They are all very kind too and owner is attentive. They did a great job both times! I'm extremely picky and hardly had to say anything! I'll be back for sure. ***update, I may not be back. I have had to spend my work week with nails that were not done drying. Went because I was referred by my co worker. This place is fantastic. Very clean, and modern with top notch service. Willie gave me my best experience and did a wonderful job! I will come back.
I got pedicures done for my 3 daughters and myself. The service was great. They were very accommodating to my children and after offered snacks and a drink. We will definitely be back again.
This was probably the worst nail experience I’ve had. We were told we had a 20 min wait which turned into an hour + based on that we didn’t have time to get manicures and pedicures as we wanted, we just had our nails painted and were still charged $60+ which was absolutely insane for what we got and my nails are almost completely chipped not even a day later.
