Visited Pro Nails for a shellac manicure for the first time today and had a positive experience. Very clean, calm and comfortable space. They offer a variety of services and you can book your appointment online. Booked my appointment with Jenny and I love how my nails look! Mimi was very welcoming and friendly, I will definitely be coming back!

I was disappointed with my experience at Pro Nails Spa. I understand there are a limited number of chairs for a pedicure (3), but this would mean that the spa would not overbook...right? They need to work on their time management skills and not overbook clients as we were all called in at separate times and myself being the last at 5:15 for a 4:30 appointment... I chose this place because of reviews, now I can guess, the 5 stars are friends of theirs. Wanted to enjoy a pedi with my daughter and daughterinlaw, this was not possible insufficient chairs and were running behind. Then I was shocked, we went through covid and assumed sanitary precautions were in place. They are not. My technician and the technician doing a ladies pedi next to me were sharing tools and not sanitizing. They should have separate tools and their own stations, not sharing. First time at Pro Nails Spa had a pedicure & manicure it was fantastic, the girl was gentle and attentive, and did as I asked. Owner & Staff are friendly, location is clean. Highly recommend.

The service here is unparalleled—you're never kept waiting, and everyone is friendly, warm and never rushes through their treatments. Mimi is a perfectionist, and it shows! She consistently invests in her business and always has the best products/colours/services. I'm so happy to have discovered this hidden gem in Pickering!
