I have been going to this shop for 3+years now. I normally go to Kim however she's been out of the country. Last experience was with Nancy and I was well impressed so decided to book with her again since Kim was still not back. paid the difference but I explained to her that what I asked for was not done. She began to overtalk me. She began to tell me how I had a problem with the payment which I didn't & paid it immediately. I was trying to explain to her that I had a problem with being told one price and then it changing after she walked in. She even started to tell me how I needed to realize it's not 2015 and how what i asked for was more money, which was fine with me. She was rude and completely disrespectful.
