I had eye lash extensions done by Lilly. She used too much glue and my eye lids are swollen and burn. I feel like there are needles poking me in my eye lids. I called her to let her know, and she said there are no refunds. However-- she didn't say she would do them over or even give me some sort of credit. So-- $30 down the drain! I will go to another place to have them take them off as soon as possible.
Best pedi, ever! Get the deluxe! Heavenly! Tracy is the absolute best. Pleasant and a perfectionist.
Great pedicure and great service! Will definitely go again.
I also got my lashes done there too. they did a horrible job. when i called to see if they can redo the glue because it burned, they told me i had to pay for it again and they would charge me for taking them off… bad for business ...stay away!
