My favourite nail salon in closter: All- great service- Staff is very kind and professional. Alba, Lucy and Katie always go above and beyond for their clients!! I was at this nail salon yesterday. Nothing to complain about the salon, it was very well run & well managed & clean except I used a pedicurist who did my nails really fast, cleaning & cutting my nails. I asked her why is she in such a hurry. She said because of the coming holiday (Independence Day). But, I paid her to do my nails so, I can relax. Why do I care if the salon is busy? The pedicurist' service was unprofessional, unapologetic, super rude and at the end of the day I am still a paying customer. Just because I'm not your "Tuesday 2pm" should not diminish the value of my dollar and paid experience.
