I have to express my deep frustration with my recent experiences at the new location. While I genuinely enjoyed David’s services as a pedicurist, the management is utterly failing when it comes to scheduling. I’ve been double-booked three times now, and each time I’ve found the owner’s attitude dismissive and gaslighting. It’s as if my attempts to clarify the situation are completely ignored. As usual, David did a wonderful gel mani-pedi on my 93-year-old mother.
My mother and I went yesterday to Pro Nails an we had a beautiful experience! The store is clean(smells nice and sanitary in my opinion). The staff is fast, friendly and knowledgeable on their knowledge of nails! We did; upper lip, two eyebrows, two spa pedicures(including foot massage, hot rocks and oil) as well as a full set + Gel polish.
