Very disappointing experience. This was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They were clearly overbooked and rushed through the entire service. My toenails weren’t even trimmed, the gel polish was applied sloppily, and I had to get them redone elsewhere right before my vacation. When I asked about pricing ahead of time and showed them my gel polish, they gave me a price—but then added $5 at the end, claiming it was for gel removal. I love this place I went with my mom and sister defently recom
My friends and I went in just for a pedicure. No other customers were in the shop on a Friday afternoon, holiday weekend!! Which should’ve been our first clue that there were issues. She kept trying to push gel on us and we didn’t want gel. Our toes had to be redone 2-3 times because apparently she used gel Products knowing we did not want gel. It would not dry and literally slid off the nail and Bubbling. We are not from Tyler so locals beware.
