I come here regularly, at least I did before today. She was on her phone on speaker the entire time. Which, that doesn’t bother me, but apparently the conversation was so important she had to walk away mid pedicure several times. I sat with cold wet towels on my legs for 25 minutes. She completely forgot to do the massage & let’s be real, why else do you go? Also, the “gel” polish will start to chip within two days every time. I’ve really felt welcomed here and the lady even waited for me last minute before she closed! I brought my daughter back to her. She loved her also new nail shop so happy. It’s eight blocks away from my house as well.

Very disappointing experience. This was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They were clearly overbooked and rushed through the entire service. My toenails weren’t even trimmed, the gel polish was applied sloppily, and I had to get them redone elsewhere right before my vacation. When I asked about pricing ahead of time and showed them my gel polish, they gave me a price—but then added $5 at the end, claiming it was for gel removal.
