I came back here after over a year of going to other places. I wasn’t sure if they were still open & glad that they are. I know not everyone has had the best experience here but since the pandemic this place has really improved. The pedicures are the best. No hot stone treatment, unfortunately, but the reflexology skills are hard to find at other salons. Clean facility. Very nice people, polite and extremely accommodating.
This has nothing to do with the way they do nails. I've had pedicures done there and they were ok. I am writing this review because the last time I was there a few months ago, they had large jars of candy near the nail drying station. Beware. I saw live roaches climbing around in the candy. If they are there, they are everywhere. I tried to quietly tell the woman at the counter, I didn't want to broadcast it to the other customers, and she looked at me like she didn't understand what I was saying.
